Using this feature allows you to customize, save, and print multiple dental plan options in an instant for an individual or a group of 1-to-99 employees.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
Our Quoting System will prompt you to complete an on-line RFP to submit for the following plan options: Non-Standard Small Group Options (groups of 5 to 99 enrolled employees), Voluntary Style Options (groups of 25 or more eligible employees), Voluntary Flex Options (groups of 125 or more eligible employees) and Large Group Options (groups with 100 or more enrolled employees).
